Jack Pine essential oil is the most common pine in Canada. It is a North American conifer found mostly in the eastern Boreal Forest. The First Nations used most of the parts of this plant essence for the preparation of remedies to treat respiratory problems and to heal cuts.

Jack pine essential oil consists of mostly monoterpenes and esters. It is steam distilled from the needles of trees in the forests of eastern Canada creating a fresh, evergreen, woodsy aroma that eases physical and emotional tension.

The oil provides excellent respiratory support, helping to fight congestion and remove phlegm. Diffuse to help purify and freshen the air. Pine is very restorative, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, and antirheumatic.
