Fir needle (Abies sibirica) essential oil reminds you of taking a stroll through an evergreen forest. The trees are found throughout Russia. The oil is fresh, woody, pine-like, and sweet and produced through steam distillation of the needles; it is colorless to pale yellow. Fir Needle is great for use for physical ailments and muscle stiffness. Use as a steam or in the Diffuser when seasonal colds and flu bring coughs, congestion and infections. Fir Needle gives the feeling of being deep in the evergreen forest.
