Our Certified Organic Frankincense Frereana is rarely produced. The raw resin is hydro distilled from indigenous trees in Somaliland and yields an earthy aroma with hints of spice and citrus. It is grounding, calming, and relaxing without the “sedative effect”.

Frankincense Frereana and most Frankincense essential oils are often used for spiritual/religious applications, or for perfumery and incense, but it is extremely useful as an expectorant, anti-inflammatory agent, and for skin care. Frankincense is high in monoterpenes that help support the respiratory system, and are responsible for the antibacterial, antiseptic, and antiviral properties in essential oils.
