Ingredients:  Frankincense (Boswellia sacra), Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia), and Orange (Citrus sinensis) essential oils.

Use it in a diffuser (8–10 drops), an inhaler (15–18 drops), or diluted in carrier oil for topical application (at a 1%, 2%, or 3% dilution – see dilution chart).
