White fir is also known as Silver Fir and Fir Needle. The trees have been used for centuries to help clear the breath and strengthen health.

White Fir essential oil is a powerhouse! It’s an extremely energizing oil, great for those bouts of fatigue. But that’s not all it offers strong immune support, eases muscle tension and joint pain. It is also supports positivity, relieving anxiety and moments of despair.

White Fir is steam distilled from the silvery blue green needles of trees in the Rocky Mountains that have been weather damaged. These trees can live up to 500 years!  They can teach us a lot about life, or at least have become very resourceful in self-care. (Hint!) It smells delicious, releasing a fresh, woody, sweet, "forest" aroma that engages the senses immediately.

White Fir Essential Oil is abundant in monoterpenes and can be very helpful in supporting respiratory health. It's a good choice to include in blends intended for bronchitis, colds and the flu. It blends especially well with essential oils in the conifer, wood, citrus, mint, and herbaceous families.
