Niaouli Essential Oil

Botanical Name: Melaleuca quinguenervia ct 1,8 cineole

100% Pure therapeutic grade essential oil

Niaouli (Melaleuca quinguenervia) is an evergreen tree with a flexible trunk and spongy bark that bears yellowish leaves. It is native to Australia, New Caledonia and the French Pacific Islands. Most of the oil is produced in Australia and Tasmania. The essential oil is steam distilled from the leaves and young twigs. Niaouli oil is pale yellow in color with a sweet, floral, fresh, and camphoraceous scent.

Niaouli can be used to help fight bacterial infections, support asthmatic conditions, increase circulation and stimulation of muscles and joints; and is used in pharmaceutical preparations like toothpaste, gargles, and mouth washes. It blends with Tea tree, Rosemary, Peppermint, Eucalyptus, Bergamot, Fennel, Orange, Lemon, Lavender and other oils. It is generally considered safe; it is non-toxic, non-irritating, and non-sensitizing. Do not use when pregnant or nursing.

Essential oils can be used for a wide range of emotional and physical wellness applications. They can be used as single (neat) essential oils or in essential oil blends depending on user experience and desired benefit. Earth’s Own Essentials acquires essential oils from multiple suppliers and uses only 100% Pure Therapeutic and/or Organic essential oils in our blends and neat oils. We consistently search for the best oils at fair market prices.
