Your 2022 Holiday Essential Oils Gift Guide

Give the Gift of Wellness To Your Friends & Family This Holiday Season

Hello Everybody!

It’s me, Andrea from Earth’s Own Essentials and I am so excited to talk to you today about the top essential oils picks that make great gifts for everyone on your list. I know many of you probably aren’t ready to dig out the lights and ornaments just yet, but when it comes to the shopping you’ll want to plan ahead to avoid potential shipping headaches and snag up the best deals. Have I stressed you out yet? Maybe when we’re done, you’ll need a few oils of your own to soothe those crazy yuletide stress vibes!

First, don’t overwhelm yourself- there’s a HUGE selection of essential oils to pick from, so chances are you’ll find something that each individual on your list can enjoy. Essential Oils are great for both active individuals, and those who prefer more casual uses. In any case, you should find an oil that speaks to that person’s needs and lifestyles.

If they’re not familiar with essential oils yet, start them out with an “entry-level†or “crowd-pleaser†like Lavender or Jasmine. These are very well-known scents, and are often positively received- so you may do well sticking with something more familiar and less exotic. Another one of my favorites is the Revive Diffuser Blend, which radiates energy and an uplifting sensation that is great for everyday use- at home, at the office, and even on vacation! But what if you want to venture out beyond the norms, and give that special someone a more vibrant experience?

If that someone is more of the adventurous type, choose an oil that compliments their livelihood- I’d suggest more energetic oils like Sweet Orange, Lemon, or Grapefruit. Again these are familiar essences so they are likely to be admired as gifts, even to those fairly new to the ideas of essential oils and aromatherapy. These oils are also noteworthy for their ability to aide in fighting against headaches, and symptoms of the common cold- which will definitely come in handy during these chilly months ahead!

Looking to spread some festive cheer to your co-workers? Show your appreciation for their work and contribution by gifting them with oils to help ease tension, provide relaxation, and bring inner joy to a chaotic work environment. My favorites to recommend include Petitgrain, Frankincense, and Bergamot. These could even compliment a wellness-themed gift basket that would be perfect to gift a colleague. This is also a good opportunity for me to remind you to be on the lookout for these oils as a roll-on option. For individuals who don’t have a diffuser, these are perfect to keep handy in a purse or desk drawer for easy access!

What about your significant other? Thinking of something a little more intimate for them? The holidays are a great time to renew romance and kick up the heat during those cold nights! This year make the holiday extra merry with Rose essential oil, Neroli, or even Cinnamon (putting a little extra zest to your celebration!) In the meantime, don’t get stressed and overwhelmed by all of the holiday jazz waiting for us in the next few weeks. Take time to celebrate, give thanks, and build memories with those closest to your heart!
